Wenberg State Park

North of Everett Washington on Lake Goodwin, kids always enjoy this park especially when the weather is nice and they want a swim. There is also boating, fishing and a short trail to expend some energy on.
RVs to 50 foot can hookup to one of 30 partial hookup sites, (electricity and water only) and tents and/or dry campers have 45 sites to choose from.
Reservations are available (888 CAMPOUT) and if you come on a summer weekend, pretty much a necessity.
I don't believe this camp is handicapped accessible so call before you come to ask.

Yakima Sportsman State Park, Yakima WA

Handicapped Assessible - Yes
Just east of Yakima, WA well signed and near both a K-Mart and WalMart, this park is just a mile from town and very handy to Interstate 82.  It has 34 utility sites with full service and 30 dry sites for tents and RVs.
I haven't been to this park yet but we stayed at a now closed KOA next door. It is great for kids with hiking trails and even a short ADA nature trail.  Duck beg for handouts along the Yakima River and 140 bird species have been counted in the area.   Fishing is also available.
Bathrooms are handicapped accessible, flush toilets and coin showers.
More information about reservations and the park can be found at  http://www.parks.wa.gov/parkpage.asp?selectedpark=Yakima%Sportsman
Other nearby campgrounds are Yakama Nation RV Campground near the town of Toppenish, WA which offers full-service to include cable and WiFi. Also has teepee's to rent.
Many private RV parks also.
Interested in military history, Historic Ft Simcoe is in the area and while small, they are restoring it and it's worth the drive.
Town of Toppinish is also interesting to drive through and nearby Toppinish Wildlife Refuge.
